Job description:
We are looking for personable individuals ready to greet and engage with our customers. This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for cash drawer and deposit transactions
- Greet customers and verify account information
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Inspect and detail clothing into POS system
- Maintain clean work environment
We close at 6 p.m. so no late nights and better yet no weekends! Our part-time shifts average 4 hours per shift and are scheduled 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Lead Customer Service Rep
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key lead on our front counter, providing exceptional customer service, supervising team members, and ensuring smooth store operations. This role requires strong communication skills, personable personality, and the ability to motivate and guide teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assist customers with garment and service inquiries
- Manage POS transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Oversee inventory
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette and professional communication standards
- Support team members with training and mentoring to enhance overall performance
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
